Dell, Intel join DocuSign backers in huge late-stage funding
Online documents management company DocuSign capped off its Series F round with a $45 million investment from Dell and Intel Capital.
The company raised more than $278 million in the round, which included participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Founders Circle Capital, Sands Capital Ventures, Wellington Management, Wasatch Advisors and Iconiq Capital. DocuSign has raised about $500 million since it launched 12 years ago and is reportedly valued at about $3 billion.
