The Global Mentor Network, founded by Silicon Valley Entrepreneur, Keith Krach, is an "exciting pay-it-forward enterprise with a noble mission to solve one of the world's great challenges: building the next generation of principled, transformational leaders."

The organization explains on its site that it's an "online destination site that offers aspiring leaders inspiring, insightful leadership lessons from many of the world's greatest leaders. The Global Mentor Network builds transformational leaders, teaching them to harness diversity of thought to solve complex problems, commit to values-based leadership, and unite and mobilize people to achieve noble causes."

Mentors include Sylvia Acevedo, the CEO of Girl Scouts of the USA, Micheal Brown, CEO of City Year, Audrey Cooper, the Editor in Chief of the San Francisco Chronicle, and many more.

And right now, would-be entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and organizers have unprecedented access to these people and others via live Q+As, one-on-one sessions, and more.

"As COVID-19 has thrown many organizations and families into turmoil, we are conducting a series of free, live, online Q&A sessions, called 'Ask a Mentor LIVE' where our 'virtual mentors' offer advice to leaders and parents struggling to guide their organizations and families through the coronavirus pandemic," the organization explained.

On Thursday, April 9, Sal Khan, the founder and CEO, Khan Academy hosted a talk called "Leading Through COVID-19 – Learning and Leading from Home," which included lessons for parents everywhere "wrestling with online learning for kids who are home from school." Khan offered his "unique insights, based on years of delivering online learning experiences to millions of people around the globe, and leading his own organization through the pandemic."

The next free event will take place on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at 9 a.m. PT with Tim Draper, a venture capitalist, and Leah Solivan, founder of TaskRabbit. Their talk, "Entrepreneur's Guide to Surviving COVID-19" includes their insights on "conquering your fears, thinking way outside the box, and [how] creative management could be just what you and your team need to weather the storm of COVID-19."
