Keith is able to get 150% out of everybody that is around him. And the reason why - he doesn’t have a dictatorial style, he has a very collaborative style. He doesn’t have a big ego, so he allows his entire team to flourish around him. I’ve been on many boards since Ariba, and you just don’t see that kind of openness, especially with CEOs.
