Under Secretary of State Krach built the Clean Network & led 3 IPO’s creating $100B of stock value

Unanimously confirmed Under Secretary of State Keith Krach championed 3 Initial Public Offerings as Chairman & by taking public DocuSign, Ariba, & Angie’s List on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Krach joined the U.S. government from a 30-year career in Silicon Valley as a global CEO and entrepreneur. Before coming to Washington, Krach was CEO and Chairman of DocuSign for 10 years and built it into a $40B+ Powerhouse with over 1 Billion users on the DocuSign Global Trust Network. . He also built and founded another $40B company as Chairman and CEO of Ariba where he created the category of B2B Ecommerce which today does $7 trillion of transactions per year on the Ariba network. He also created another category in mechanical design software as founder and COO of Rasna Corporation. Krach was the Chairman of the Board of Angies’s list where he guided their IPO. He was the youngest ever Vice President of General Motors at age 26. Under Secretary Krach earned an MBA from Harvard University and has a B.S. and honorary doctorate in Engineering from Purdue University where he was Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Purdue University and hired its current President Mitch Daniels.
